What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and what you ordered, including any engraving wording or gift message you supply.
Payment details
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card information is entered on Stripe’s own systems. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
How we use it
Only to take, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Gifts sent without an address
If you choose to send a gift without knowing the recipient’s address, we use the contact detail you provide solely to ask them for delivery details, and for nothing else afterwards.
Stored in your browser
Your basket is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it is still there if you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact hermazingtouch@gmail.com.
