Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. If we cannot fulfil something, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the one shown when you complete your order. Shipping is added separately.
Made to order
Items are handmade in small batches, so slight variation between pieces is normal and is not a fault. Photographs and illustrations on the site are representative.
Personalisation
You are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of any wording you supply. We confirm it with you before engraving, but once cut to your approved wording it cannot be changed or refunded.
Candle safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from anything flammable, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Cancelling
Get in touch as soon as possible. If work has not started we can usually cancel; once a personalised item has been made, we cannot.
